Biography
Solovyov Vladimir Rudolfovich was born in 1963 and is a prominent Russian propagandist, as well as a television and radio broadcaster. In Moscow, where he was born into a Jewish family, he received his undergraduate degree from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys in 1986 and his graduate degree from the Institute of Global Economics and International Relations in 1989.
